Please read these terms carefully before downloading, installing, or using any software solution offered by OROCUBE LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using our software, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Software Offerings

a. Floreant POS

  • Floreant POS is a free and open-source Point of Sale (POS) solution.

  • It is distributed as-is, without any warranty or guarantee.

  • OROCUBE LLC does not provide support for Floreant POS.

  • Users may ask for paid support for any support or help.

b. ORO POS

  • ORO POS is available under a limited-time demonstration license for first-time users only.

  • It is intended solely for evaluation purposes, not for production or commercial deployment unless licensed.

  • Users must provide a valid and truthful email address to download or activate the software.

  • Use of temporary, disposable, or fake emails, or false identity information, is strictly prohibited.

  • Any attempt at spamming, abuse, tampering, or vandalism of the system will result in revocation of access and potential legal consequences.

2. License Terms

  • The software is licensed, not sold.

  • You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software as per the stated purpose.

  • Redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or reselling is prohibited without prior written consent, except as permitted by open-source terms (where applicable).

3. Privacy and Data Collection

  • By using our software, you consent to limited data collection for license enforcement and performance analytics.

  • Data collected may include:

    • Installation activity logs

    • IP addresses and email metadata

    • Error reports and version tracking

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

  • All software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.

  • OROCUBE LLC disclaims any responsibility for damage, loss of data, or malfunction resulting from software use.

5. Termination

OROCUBE LLC may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Any term in this agreement is violated

  • False or temporary identity is used

  • There is evidence of abuse, piracy, or unauthorized use

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the software.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, GA.

7. Revisions

OROCUBE LLC reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
